The current study focuses on the role of management in establishing the library's systems and regulations, contributing to its plans, preparing its budget, seeking supporting funding sources for the approved budget, overseeing its expenditures, selecting, training, and motivating employees, and making sound decisions that serve the library's interest in raising the level of services provided to beneficiaries to keep pace with the rapid development in the flow and diversity of information. Considering that the management in a university library is the primary driver for all its operations, no library can perform its designated functions to the fullest unless it has a conscious and scientific management capable of making optimal use of the available material and human resources to achieve its goals.
